The room I booked was tidy and provided with a great bathroom and AC. Everything seemed good and clean. the location was particularly good, with a historic mosque around a 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. It was also situated in the old town.

During our stay at Atlantis Royal, one thing that stood out was the exceptional service provided by Ali. His warm welcome and daily check-ins made us feel valued and well taken care of. His attentiveness and genuine care made our stay memorable. The hotel's location was also ideal, with many attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the staff's assistance even after we checked out, helping us retrieve a forgotten item from a taxi, showcased their helpfulness and professionalism. Furthermore, the peacefulness of our room ensured a good night's sleep. Although the city center and immediate surroundings may not be suitable for disabled individuals, the hotel itself had no criticisms. The breakfast buffet, although simple, sufficed and included the option for a freshly made omelette. The nearby restaurants and supermarkets were convenient. I highly recommend Atlantis Royal Hotel for its attentive service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.
